Supply Chain Analyst

What a typical day looks like :

  • Customer supply chain management
  • Drive initiative to improve gross material margin
  • Manage bill of material costing
  • Identify, implement and drive actions for retained purchase price variance (RPPV)
  • Drive reconciliation process with customer (PPV, premium charges)
  • Drive buy down process with customer
  • Propose alternative to customer for supply chain and cost saving

The experience we're looking to add to the team :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
  • 2 - 3 years of experience in manufacturing technology and automation equipment maintenance
  • Experience in accounting/costing management
  • Drive commodity team on lead time and MOQ reduction
  • Detail-oriented and familiar with MS Office applications


Human Resources Manager

What a typical day looks like :

  • Participate as an active member on site and corporate projects, teams and process improvement.
  • Develop policy, and directs and coordinates human resources activities, such as employment, compensation, employee relations, benefits, training and employee services.
  • Confer with management to identify current and future personnel needs.
  • Verify references and background checks on exempt and non-exempt applicants.
  • Develop and maintain network of contacts i.e. schools, alumni groups and other public organizations to help identify and source qualified candidates.
  • Make public presentations at schools, organizations and job fairs regarding the organization and opportunities. Coordinates participation in, sets up display and works at job fairs.
  • Administer benefit programs such as life, health, dental and insurances, pension plans, vacations, sick leave, leave of absence and employee assistance.
  • Keep records of benefits plans participation such as insurance and pension plan, personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, terminations and employee statistics for government reporting.
  • Other relevant HR task as assigned

The experience we’re looking to add to our team :

  • At least 7 years of relevant working experience in manufacturing environment
  • Familiar with local manpower regulations and practices
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

Quality Supervisor

What a typical day looks like :

  • Assigns employees to maximize quality control objectives. 
  • Prepares Statistical Process Control Charts. 
  • Analyzes data and puts corrective actions into place. 
  • Reviews quality reports. 
  • Performs ESD and ISO audits. 
  • Ensures procedures are followed and may develop procedures for the quality assurance inspection operation. 
  • Provides immediate supervision to inspectors, checking work at frequent intervals. 
  • Frequently interacts with outside customers, vendors and functional peer groups at various management levels and serves as a liaison between customer and the division regarding quality issues.
  • Directs daily department activities.
  • Confers with management and production to determine support quality goals

The experience we’re looking to add to our team :

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience developing, implementing and maintaining quality systems or related area
  • Well organized and disciplined, good attention to detail, sets priorities and manages time effectively
  • Accurate, data-driven, logical, and analytical
Associate Production Supervisor

What a typical day looks like :

  • Leads the production of several processes/lines in a highly technical environment and responsible for the lines success.
  • Evaluates daily/regularly plant operating performance and advises on changes in operating conditions that will improve efficiencies and quality.
  • Lead a team of individual professionals (e.g. engineers/officers) to meet quality, cost, delivery and responsiveness requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and analyze operational problems and advise on their resolution. Guide regular discussions with operators to coach performance and improve operational understanding and capability.
  • Solicits and evaluates ideas for plant improvements and collaborates with qualified engineers to develop project proposals.
  • Provides technical and operational advice to project teams.
  • May act as principal interface between the operation team and the maintenance function.
  • Engage in training and coaching of junior operators.
  • Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply in order to meet customer requirements.
  • Initiate and participate in process development and cost improvement projects.
  • Assist in department budget planning and management of department expenses.
  • Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing individuals on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Ensures compliance to manufacturing standards.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team :

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in addition to 3 years of Manufacturing operations experience.
  • Demonstrates a general knowledge of functional concepts and a rudimentary understanding of policies and procedures.
  • Has awareness of the functional impact upon work processes and other functions.
