Project Engineer (Batam Stationed)
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsible
for managing project development starting from design stage to mass
production, handling product cost evaluation & performing
feasibility study.
- Bachelor Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related disciplines
- At least 3 years experience in product development & project follow-up with consumer product manufacturing company
- With experience in ISO9001, lean manufacturing and 6-Sigma is preferable
- Possess knowledge of 3D CAD
- Good command of both English and Mandarin
Quality Assurance Engineer (Batam Stationed)
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsible
for providing quality standard advices and solutions on pre-production
& production stage and working with internal parties to identify
product quality risk & develop solution plans.
- Bachelor Degree in Quality Management, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering or related disciplines
- At least 3 years relevant experience in manufacturing electrical household appliances
- With experience in ISO9001, lean manufacturing, international safety standards and 6-Sigma is preferable
- Detail minded, result oriented, strong conceptual & analytical skill and able to work under pressure
- Good command of both English and Mandarin
Production Engineering Manager (Batam Stationed)
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsible
for leading & managing the production engineering team and driving
continuous improvement of productivity, production process, quality,
cost, safety of the manufacturing plant.
- Bachelor Degree in Production, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related disciplines
- At least 10 years experience at managerial level in manufacturing industry
- Solid
experience in PIE and Good at manufacturing technique of electrical
household appliances especially strong in assembly line and warehouse
operation - With experience in ISO9001, lean manufacturing and 6-Sigma is preferable
- Self-motivated, independent, strong conceptual & analytical skill and able to work under pressure
- Good command of both English and Mandarin
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Production Engineering Manager
Warehouse Manager
Deskripsi Pekerjaan

· Senior High School or above
· Experienced in ISO9001, lean manufacturing, international safety standards is an advantage
· Knowledge of MRP system
· Good command in English both writing and speaking
· Mandarin speaking is an advantage
· Proficient at using MS. Office and other software
· Detail minded, result oriented, strong conceptual & analytical skill and able to work under pressure
· Lesser experience can apply the supervisor position

1. Function and Responsibilities:
- Familiar with Indonesia tax rule, Cash Flow Report, Financial Analysis Report and Finance Auditing
2. Qualification and Competences:
- Bachelor Degree in Finance/ Accounting
- Minimum 1 year experience in the related field is required for this position
- Excellent speak & write in English Able to work in team and independently
- Comply to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 requirements.
- Knowledge of QAD will be advantage
