Technical Designer
Responsibilities:
- Good understanding of Manufacturing process
- Able to figure out the best possible way to realize a design
- Making sure that size specs are achievable
- Compile information on all garment components including fit, fabric, construction, stitch, and trim into fit comment document
- Discuss with Production Coordinators/PD any issues, corrections,
- and/or recommendations to garments
- Writing and Prioritizing Evaluation Report Comments
Requirements:
- Minimum Technical diploma in textiles/Clothing or related
- Have 1-2 years in Garment Manufacturing
- Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop & Excel and patternmaking software
- Knows how to work fabrics, textiles, colours, style details, size specifications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
GSD Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Study garment construction base on Construction work sheet, paper pattern and develop sewing method during pre-costing.
- Provide operational breakdown will detailed method analysis using GSD methodology
- Review garment sample and generate accurate labor standard minute value (SMV) in every style development phase for product cowing and production planning.
- Study and improve sewing method to optimize garment standard minute value (SMV)
- Provide initial style line mapping and communicate the standard method to production
- Can be temporarily assigned to other areas as mandated by the immediate superior when need arises
- Comply with following management Requirements:
- 6S
- Observance of customer requirements
- Company Rules & Regulation
- Continuous Improvements
Requirements:
- Must be a Graduate of Industrial Engineering or any related course
- Must be high in analytical skills and problem solving.
- Must be a license GSD practitioner
- Can work with less Supervision.
Management Trainee
Qualifications And Specifications:
- Experience in Management or similar / relavan field
- Min degree in Management/Business/Industrial Engineer (Fresh Graduate)
- Comprehensive knowledge of Ms. Office
- Strong verbal and written presentation skills
- Excelent math and computational ability
- Target Oriented
- Effective communication Skills
- Able to communicate in English
Merchandiser
Responsibilities:
- Arrange all material, trims/ accessories for sampling (proto, fit, advertising, salesman, sealing, pre-production and top of Production samples etc
- Check on fabric, accessories & packing material prices to prepare for sample order usage.
- Ensure samples are submitted on-time
- Prepare fabric and trim cards for sample room and production factory
- Prepare salesmen sample packing list for shipping department to apply shipping documents
Requirements:
- Candidate at least Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Textile Fashion/Design
- Min 3-5 Year(s) Experience in same position is a plus
- Having experience in garment industry is preferred
- Team player and meticulous, good communication and time management skills
- Able to communicate in English (verbal and writing)
- Excellent computer skills such as Microsoft Excel, etc.
QMS Auditor
Responsibilities :
- Conduct Internal & external audit as IMS, Product Safety, Product security, 650, Quality & Technical Audit
- Follow up NC, Conduct RLA and Provide CAP
- Provide Training Awareness to relevant department on QMS requirements
- Maintain ISO 9001; 2015, ISO 14001;2015, ISO 45001;2018
Requirements:
- Min Degree of any field
- Having Min 1 Year Experience in same position
- Having Min 2 Years in garment manufacture company
- Familiar ISO 9001; 2015
- Able to communicate in English
- Excellent computer skills such as Microsoft Office
