1. PROJECT MANAGER 

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Engineering. 
• 5 years of project management and related experience
• Strong familiarity with project management methodologies, & best practices
• Experience being part of and leading projects with full project life cycle
• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline Excellent analytical skill, comfortable to work on Excel’s pivotable, VLookUp, etc. 
• Hands on, go to the field oriented with get-thing-done attitude.
• Proven ability to solve complex problems creatively
• Solid judgment with ability to make good decisions 
• Good interpersonal skills, approachable and have the ability to connect quickly with various stakeholders, as well as partnering with.
• Ability to adapt into different type of projects and have flexibility to work in a dynamic environment. where change is the only constant. 
• Comfortable with tech/system-based environment. has some exposure with ERP (ex. SAP)

2.SENIOR ENGINEER/ASST. ENG MANAGER

Requirements :

• Min. S1 majoring electronic/electrical engineering
• Have min. 3 years’ experience in Wire Harness
• Manufacturing and 2 years as management level
• Able to read 2D drawing and the specifications.
• Have an excellent managerial & leadership skill
• Able to communicate in English both oral and Written
• Excellent computer skill
• Willing to learn independent and self-motivated

3. IT PROGRAMMER

Requirements:

• Male
• 20-35 years old 
• Well Understanding in C++ Program Coding, My SQL MS SQL. HMI Tools Program and object oriented php programming
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Advanced with Visual Basic
• Active Directory
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)  specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
• Must bring sample program that ever made

4. BUYER (INDIRECT)

Requirements:

• Male/female
• Single
• 23-35 years old 
• Min. D3 graduated in any discipline 
• Possess a functional understanding of technical terms & ability to lears products 
• Must have min. 1 year of working experience as Buyer in Wire Harness Manufacturing. 
• MRP Knowledge to be Preferable
• Have an Excellent skill in numbers (Excel’s pivotable. VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, etc.)
• Able to work Independent and as a team, to handle multi-tasking workload.
• Strong communication and negotiation skill,Punctual with deadlines
• Initiative. Attention to detail and problem-solving
• Honest Loyal, Responsible and able to work under pressure
• Able to communicate in English both oral & written

 5. FA (FIRTS ARTICLE) ENGINEER

Requirements:

• Min D3 degree in Electrical 
• Min 1 year experiences in QA & handling First Article 
• Understand IATF requirements is advantages
• Good team player 
• English literate
• Good in communication

6. ACCOUNTING CLERK

Requirements:

• Male/Female
• Max. 25 years old
• Min. Vocational High School with Accounting Major/D3 Accounting 
• Have min. 1 year experience as Accounting
• Able to operate Accounting System / MYOB
• Have knowledge about PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 25, Pajak Final
• Excellent computer skill 
• Honest, Loyal, Responsible and able to work under pressure

7. QA ENGINEER

Requirements:

• Male/Female, min 24 years old 
• Bachelor’s degree or min D3 in Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering 
• At least 1 year of working experience in QA dep 
• Good communication in English and interpersonal skills 
• Knowledge of SPC, MSA, FMEA, PPAP
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015. ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018.
• Understanding & interpretation of engineering drawings.
• Ability to work on own initiative and ability to work in a diverse & dynamic environment.

8. HR OFFICER

Requirements:

• Min S1 Psychology/Law 
• Having experience in handling recruitment process (job Posting, screening, scoring). 
• Knowledge of HR Management concept,Industrial Relations, Indonesia Labor law and related regulation. 
• Minimum 4 year experience in HRD.
• Maintain, developing personnel administration (input data, updating, and filling)..
• Knowledge of HR management system (ISO 9001) and Environment management system ( ISO 14001).
• Knowledge of MS. Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
• Fluent in English both oral and written
• Good communication and interpersonal skill.
• Knowledge on basic HSE practices
• Knowledge handling BPJS kesehatan and BPJS
• Ketenagakerjaan. 
• Other relevant HR task as assigned.
• Service orientation.
