Lowongan Kerja
Commodity Analyst (Mechanical)
Job Summary
What a typical day looks like:
- Responsible for the development, recommendation, and execution of optimal sourcing strategies for certain items
- Develop a technical, statistical and fundamental assessment for each commodity
- Lead cash negotiations and secure advantageous commercial agreements with approved suppliers
- Coordinate selection of transportation modes and carriers which will result in lowering the delivered costs of materials while assuring continuity of quality supply
- Flexibility to respond to changing requirements and maintenance of vendor relationships for long term benefits
- Manage inventories associated with the strategic commodities to avoid additional expense or shortage to the company
- Analysis of commodity risk positions reported to multiple levels of the organization
- Develop plans resulting in cost savings, synergies, quality improvements and supply chain efficiencies
- Analyze hedge effectiveness and calculate cost savings and avoidance
- Other relevant task, as assigned
Supply Chain Analyst
Job Summary
The Supply Chain Analyst will be based in Batam, Indonesia. Mainly responsible for responsible for customer interface on strategic materials for key assigned accounts.
What a typical day looks like :
- Customer supply chain management
- Drive initiative to improve gross material margin
- Manage bill of material costing
- Identify, implement and drive actions for retained purchase price variance ( RPPV )
- Drive reconciliation process with customer. ( PPV, premium charges )
- Drive buy down process with customer
- Propose alternative to customer for supply chain and cost saving
The experience we’re looking to add to the team:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- 2 – 3 years of experience in manufacturing technology and automation equipment maintenance
- Experience in accounting/costing management
- Drive commodity team on lead time and MOQ reduction
- Detail-oriented and familiar with MS Office applications

Material Planning Analyst
What a typical day looks like:
- Manage material CTB to mitigate assurance of supply risk.
- Ensure excess and obsolescence is minimized or claim from customer liability on-time.
- Work collaborative with external and internal parties on supply chain review.
- Schedule the supply of materials/components to meet production requirements and minimum safety stock levels
- Plan, develop, implement and evaluate processes for material delivery from supplier to point of fit
- Assess volume requirements against planning assumptions
- Day-to-day order management and management of deliveries
- Understand and manage risks to minimize impact on production schedule
- Take follow up actions in relation to material shortages that affect production
- Implement all processes to agreed standards and targets and support continuous improvement initiatives and identify areas of improvement
- Monitor the integrity of Bill of Materials (BOM) and manage inventory accuracy
Industrial Engineer
Job Summary
The Industrial Engineer will be based in Batam, Indonesia. Responsible for increasing productivity through the management of workers, methods of business organization, and technology to solve organizational, production, and related problems efficiently.
What a typical day looks like:
- Determine machine and labor capacity (Provide process time estimation, determine crew to take and labor requirement)
- Analyze work force utilization, facility layout, and operational data, such as production costs, process flow charts, and production schedules, to determine efficient utilization of workers and equipment
- Recommend methods for improving worker efficiency and reducing waste of materials and utilities, such as restructuring job duties, reorganizing work flow, relocation work stations and equipment
- Lead and supports initiatives to increase throughput, reduce cost and improve performance in constrained areas like LEAN, Automation and/or Six Sigma projects
- Confer with management and engineering staff to implement plans and recommendations
- Develop management control systems to aid in financial planning and cost analysis, and design production planning and control systems to coordinate activities and ensure product quality
- May develop management systems for cost analysis, financial planning, wage and salary administration, and job evaluation
- During NPI coordinates process planning and set up with respect to takt, cycle time and direct labor requirement, reviews result during proto-typing and trial runs and gives feedback to NPI and sales team
Buyer Direct
Job Summary
The Buyer Direct position will be based in Batam, Indonesia.
What a typical day looks like:
- Responsible on PO loading, monitor supplier OTD, execute POAN
- Pull in of shortage part to meet CTB date, escalation to GCM for critical part pull in with supplier
- Push out/cancel for order with excesses to minimize inventory & E&O
- Collaboration with SQE, make sure MRB clear on time with disposition from supplier
- Collaboration with AP, SBM & supplier, ensure all invoice & PO price variance resolved timely
- Other relevant task, as assigned
The experience we’re looking to add to the team:
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree and equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years related working experience in Manufacturing environment
- Demonstrates a general knowledge of functional concepts and a rudimentary understanding of policies and procedures.
- Has awareness of the functional impact upon work processes and other functions.

Moulding Engineer
Job Location: Batam | Deadline: 31 Desember 2021
Requirement
- Bachelor degree majoring engineering (3 Years experience)
- Have knowledge of injection molding, tooling design & Maintenance
- Familiar with 3D design software
- Can do troubleshooting machine / equipment
- Understanding of statistic tools, DOE, Cpk, etc
- Positive and proactive attitude towards work
- Good English written and communication skill
- Good leadership

Quality Engineer

Requirement
