- Conducts in-process checks on all workstation at stipulated time that the Production Operators. Are processing parts conforming to drawing, specifications, operation instructions and standards.
- Conduct Buy Off and FAI properly on all workstation Reports to Supervisor on discrepancies found on processes and issue Process Discrepancy reports to production
- Updates and files all inspection records neatly and timely
- Can operate measuring equipment (calliper, micro, smart scoop, Measuring Tape, Steel Ruller)
- Familiar about unit of measurement/ converter
- Experience 2-5 years in the same function

6. NPI PROCESS ENGINEER
Responsibility Accountability
- Coordinate sample member to meet quality and sample FA delivery.
- Collect all information and material during sample preparation
- Determine the cutting, stripping length to meet customer specification. Collaborate with process engineer and technician to develop and build the poka yoke and testing jig
- Make sample finished good as per sample request form
- Keep material transaction on ERP after sample completed. Record all information during sample build while draft man prepared production drawing.
- Actively to raise any concern Safety, and Environmental.
- Prepare PMP& FMEA for mass pro if any risk found related to Quality.
Personal Qualification
- Education Requirement:
- Min D3/S1 in electrical background
- Experience min 2 years
- Professional Skills (Including Language, Computer Computer Windows OS
7. SENIOR ENGINEER/ASST. ENG MANAGER
Requirements
- . Min. S1 majoring electronic electrical engineering • Have min. 3 years’ experience in Wire Harness Manufacturing and 2 years as management level
- Able to read 2D drawing and the specifications Have an excellent managerial & leadership skill
- Able to communicate in English both oral and Written
- Excellent computer skill
- Willing to learn, independent and self-motivated

Requirements:
- Male female, Max. 40 years old
- Min. S1 graduated in Electronic Background 1 year experience
- Preferable supervisor/coordinator specialized in Engineering –
- Electrical or equivalent . Strong leadership, honest, and high integrity
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes. preferable in wire harness processes
- Excellent computer skill . Able to communicate in English both oral and written
Requirements:
- Female, max 24 years old
- Min. Senior High School
- Had Experience min 1 years working in same position
- Excellent computer skill
- Honest. Loyal, Responsible and able to work under pressure
- Willing to learn, independent and self-motivated
