ERP SUPPORT
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide first level support, using technical knowledge and understanding of ERP modules.
- Analyze business processes and requirements from Key Users and effectively resolve user tickets Evaluate Change Request, analyze impact to the business process and system configuration
- Conduct Business Requirement Analysis and Gap Analysis
- Manage application setup/configurations and simple enhancements Handle customizations and setting up of ERP environments, working closely with HQ ERP team and vendor on project customizations.
- Assist in Key user testing, training and maintenance of ERP.
- Manage any NAV related projects / ad-hoc matters tasked by supervisor
Qualification:
- Minimum Diploma in Management Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or other related Engineering or Finance degrees or relevant
- Minimum 2-3 years working experience in any ERP modules (Dynamics NAV experience preferable) particularly in Finance and Manufacturing industry
- Good communication and possess analytical skills
