CUSTOMER QUALITY ENGINEER (COE)
Responsibilities:
- Direct interface with suppliers/customers on product introduction requirements As a communication channel between suppliers/customers on quality concerns & requirements
- Work closely with process owners pertaining to quality matters
- Drive root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions with process owners for part quality resolution
- Generate 8D reports to suppliers/customers and closely follow up
- Responsible for tracking and driving field returns units with process owners
- Create control plan and prepare FA package per customer requirements (for NPI).
- Responsible for customer’s quality feedback or new/revised requirement (for CQE)
- Accomplish supplier/customer weekly report and quarter business rating report
- Monthly process control plan audit to confirm the manufacturing readiness
- Lead the Customer regular visit/ audit preparation (for CQE)
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- At least 2-5 years of relevant working experience in supplier/customer quality role
- Possess strong analytical and report writing skill
- Knowledge of 8D methodology; statistical tools such as cause and effect analysis, SPC, MSA, FMEA & QC tools and able to use Minitab and six sigma trained will be added advantage
- Able to interpret technical drawings and knowledge in GDT is added advantage
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills

TOOLMAKER
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Perform assembly and debugging of press tools.
- Perform servicing and repair of tools to support production needs.
- Perform regular maintenance and trouble-shooting of existing tool to support production.
- Provide technical support to production line to achieve technical & quality requirements.
- Monitor spares usage and highlight to Engineer when stock run low.
- Propose practical ideas to increase on performance & efficiency of tools.
- Any other duties assigned by superior and/or management.
Requirements:
- Diploma from Mechanical Engineering
- Good conversant in English.
- Interpretation of technical drawings, knowledge in Tool Servicing, Tool Assembly,
- Tool Trouble Shooting skills and dimension inspection in the metal stamping industry Good communication and interpersonal skills in order to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to work as a team member with diverse group of people
- Analytical with a methodical approach to problem solving.
