SAP SENIOR SPECIALIST (MM/PP)
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP MM/PP where he/she shall facilitate workshops with the local site IT Directors to collect business requirements and perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements
- Map client business requirements, processes and objectives. identify, interpret, validate and document customer
- He should be working with a global team to drive SAP adoptions and enhancement and reporting to HQ in Singapore
- He is expected to function as a business process owner as well and bridge the gap between HQ and SEA region.
- Expert knowledge in Master data like a Material master, Purchase info record, Source list, Vendor master.
- Good understanding of Release strategy and Pricing Procedure.
- Deep Knowledge in MRP, especially in the manufacturing processes
- Understanding how production planning, scheduling, and inventory control system used to manage manufacturing processes is vital to the role.
- Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions, design, customize, configure and testing of PP.
- Act as liaison with client, proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
- Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects
- Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required
- At the same time, able to articulate the various planning methodologies, strategies and functionalities in SAP is important as the candidate would like to be assigned to site based lean manufacturing projects to assist the business.
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma holder with 5-8 years of working experience in SAP MM/PP implementation with exposure to best practices and process across global instances
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a full cycle implementation as well as in support projects
- Deep functional knowledge of SAP MM/PP solution capabilities and business process configurations.
- Expert Knowledge in different procurement types, Automatic account determination, Goods movement processes,
- Physical Inventory, Output Determination.
- Collaborate in digitization projects for EDI between Business team, middleware team and business partners
- Deep Knowledge in Production Planning and execution process
- Proven track records on implementation / rollout projects would be key where his/her experience demonstrated a thorough knowledge of business process and significant integration experience within SAP SD/QM and FICO modules

PRODUCTION MANAGER PLATING
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice manufacturing vision, strategies, policies, processes and procedures to aim and improve operational performances.
- Identify business improvement opportunities within the organization.
- Coordinate with various levels of staff to ensure that production target and productivity achieved and improved.
- Ensure safety working environment within the factory premises and maintain high level of housekeeping.
- Manage production plan and schedule, control product quality in accordance with customer’s requirements of specification.
- Review and analyze production monthly report and resolve any shortage in quantity of production output.
- Manage and control production expenditures to be accountable.
- Deep knowledge and experience in ISO 9001, TS 16949 (IATF 16949), and ISO 14001
- Management System.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Chemical) with minimum 5 years experience in similar position or responsibilities.
- Having Experience in Metal Stamping or chemicals process/Industry will be advantage. . Good commands in English both oral and written.
- Good personality, motivation, teamwork and leadership skill.
- Deep knowledge in Metal Stamping production process, quality and improvement.
- Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook).

SENIOR BUYER (MANDARIN SPEAKING)
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Place purchase orders with suppliers for the procurement of production material as required by forecast and the production schedule.
- Monitor status of open purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery of all materials, including timely resolution, communication and mitigation of future potential problems.
- Expedite or defer orders as required based on schedule/inventory changes.
- Determine and establish optimal inventory levels based on forecast, demand variation and material lead times.
- Coordinate material flows throughout product/BOM changes, obsolescence.
- Manage the inter-company flow or materials between warehouse locations.
- Manage and resolve issues regarding PO to invoice discrepancies, returns and quality problems with suppliers.
- Provide back-up support for supply chain functions including shipping, receiving, material handling and other duties as assigned.
- Setup & maintain material master system planning parameters (MOQ, lead time, safety stocks) Ensure and promote compliance to Company and Procurement policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Able to speak Chinese and Mandarin its a must.
- Diploma/degree in any major.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a buyer/planner/material scheduler role working for a direct manufacturer. Expert applied knowledge of forecasting, MRP, transportation, supply chain, inventory management and warehousing disciplines
- Proficient with MS Office suite
- Advanced skills with MS Excel
- Strong sense of urgency & attention to detail
- Excellent organization, communication and follow-up skills
- Able to influence others & manage conflict
- Ability to self-direct and take constructive action in ambiguous situations
- Experience establishing and employing demand-pull material planning methods

Broad Functions:
- ​​Plan, organize, direct, control, evaluate, and make plans to improve productivity, effectiveness and efficiency of production process.
