Are you the one we are looking for? We are the SWISS COMPANY specialized electronics manufacturing & injection molding in Batam. We are now seeking for the following professionals as follows:
AUTOMATION ENGINEER
- Minimum D-3 in Electro/Mechatronic or Automation Field.
- Age: 23 to 35 years old.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in
- Automation Engineering, with engineering design tools (e.g.. SolidWorks, and AutoCAD)
- Preferred that have knowledge of electrical controls specifically within automation equipment and injection moulding.
- Ability to develop education/training material and provide hands-on training to site staff for the new automated machine or equipment.
- Ability to write and perform design of experiment studies”
- Hands-on individual with detailed troubleshooting capabilities.
- Understanding the design and programing
- of control systems (PLC/HMI).
- Familiarity with ISO/GMP standards.
General Requirements:
- Fluently in English both oral and writing, computer literate, hardworking, self motivated and able to work in team.

- Manage multiple projects in various stage of productions
- Diploma 3 in Electronics and have experience in PCBA/Wire Harness manufacturing
2. QA Technician
- Support QA for purging, prepare quality report and QC Assembly drawing and follow up RMA movement.
- Diploma in Industrial/ Electronics Engineering
Process Technician
- Support Process Engineering. Line setup and Processes
- Ability to Read and Interpret
- Manufacturing Documents such as
- BOM, Drawing and PCB Analysis
- Diploma in Electronics/ Mechanical/ Electrical with experience
