QA Inspector
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform visual & dimensional inspection of parts.
- Perform visual verification of packaging & labelling requirements.
- Prepare, file & retrieve of inspection reports, certification 7 quality records.
- Initiate Non-conformance reports.
- Conduct transaction in MFGPro.
- Assist in Improvement actions from internal & External audits (ISO, Nadcap, customer, etc) Maintain 5S+ in QA area.
- Maintain All quality requirements dictated by customer, Quality Engineer and QA Manager
- Perform any other task assigned by Quality Engineer and QA Manager
Job Requirements:
- Min Vocational High School (SMK),
- 2 years related experience (Quality Inspector)
- Knowledge of drawings, workmanship standards & specifications
- Use measurement tools such as micrometer, calipers, Richard’s
- Gage, etc
- Basic Document control experience.
- Speak and write English. Technical background will be added advantage
- Self starter and can work independently
- Positive mindset, team player, able to work under pressure, keen to learn and upgrade, takes on challenges and changes on

PRODUCTION OPERATOR
Job Responsibilities:
- Performing production process from raw material up to completion.
- Achieve output as per scheduled by the Supervisor. Perform simple maintenance for all the machineries in the department.
- Perform 5S in the working area.
- Performing record taking and inspection as per instruction
Requirements:
- Min Vocational High School (SMK) in Mechanical
- At least 2 year’s experiences as production operator
- Demonstrates good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to communicate in English is an advantage Posses valid ID card (KTP & KK)
