QA HEAD

Key Responsibility:

1. Manage all quality-related issues within the manufacturing team 
2. Identify root cause and instigate permanent corrective actions for product quality issues
3. Work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve quality issues that arise as quickly and efficiently 
4. Ensure control plans and associated documentation are implemented effectively and maintained
5. Ensure compliance and assist with adherence to the Quality Managements ystem
6. Promote the use of customer preferred techniques for continuous improvement such as Poka-Yoke, and Measurement System Analysis 
7. Participate in the development and refinement of Design and ProcessFMEA’s (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)
8. Manage and coordinate customer PPM (Parts per Million)
9. Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems
10. Communicate efficiently throughout the shop floor and with own and cus tomer’s management Comply with the Health, Safety and Environmental Policies
11. Knowledge of quality systems and measurement
12. Strong knowledge of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Produc tion Part Approval Process (PPAP), Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA)
13. Lean Manufacturing knowledge
14. Knowledge of TS16949 and ISO9000 
15. Understanding of ISO14001 and Health and Safety practices
16. Understanding of engineering drawings and manufacturing processes

SMT QA

Requirements:

1. Previous work experience as a Quality Engineer or similar role 
2. Hands-on experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and testing methodologies
3. In-depth understanding of technical documentation
4. Familiarity with statistical analysis
5. Great attention to detail and problem-solving abilities 
6. BSc in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or relevant field
7. Additional certification in Quality Assurance is a plus

Responsibilities:

1. Set detailed guidelines on what needs to be checked and what the quality standards are
2. Update our Quality Management System (QMS) with incidents, fixes and improvements 
3. Audit our systems based on ISO 9001:2015 requirements
4. Determine quality metrics for all manufacturing procedures 
5. Monitor the entire production cycle and perform regular tests to identify potential malfunctions as early as possible
6. Inspect product materials and electrical systems for defects and durability
7. Identify the root of technical issues and recommend fixes
8. Prepare reports on malfunctions and corrective actions (e.g. number of defective raw materials per order)
9. Review current blueprints and quality documentation
10. Set and track quality assurance goals (e.g. reduce average turnaround time for quality checks by 20%)
11. Coordinate with external quality assurance auditors and technicians to ensure legal compliance

CMM PROGAMMER

Requirements:

1. Prepare Hexagon CMM programs as required to CAD data and or prints for component parts and assemblies 
2. Performs first off, in-process & end-of-run report
3. Performs ballooning of customer prints/drawings
4. Performs layout of checking fixtures 5. Performs any other layout according to the layout request, issuesreports 
5. Reviews layout with responsible product and quality engineer
6. Prepares data for the PPAP submission as requested
7. Performs gauge studies, GR & R’s (attribute and variables)
8. Monitor gauge control software, ensure gauges are calibrated/verified as per schedule & gauge control procedures
9. Participate and assist in problem solving & analysis
10. Qualifications for CMM programmer 
11. Actively participate in APQP Process especially in Gauge and Fixture design
12. Performs required incoming inspections based on the “Receiving incoming Inspection logs”
13. Any other duties as assigned by the Quality Assurance Manager
14. Personal computer (Microsoft, Word, Excel)
15. Hexagon CMM, measuring devices
