Supply Planner
You are responsible for :
  • Manage relationship with Commercial Organizations (CO), Manufacturing value streams and relevant stakeholders, from an end to end supply chain perspective.
  • Plan delivery schedules and confirm product availability to the COs., adjust supply orders in view of constraints and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
  • Maintain correct master data in SAP that enable systems to calculate correctly.
  • Collaborate with other supply centres, and take the lead in standardising processes and operational decision making through use of Power PI.
  • Manage the integral inventory levels over the end to end supply chain with objective to ptimize availability of products in the RDC’s that will allow achieved targeted availability performance, Customer Service Level and Back Orders and minimize integral inventories, supply chain costs and excess stocks;
  • Initiate corrective actions whenever KPIs fall below targeted levels (e.g. supply availability), Execute and deploy the agreed priorities to manufacturing value streams, finished goods suppliers and CO demand planners;
  • Pro-actively manage a supply chain, Scenario Mapping /Root cause analysis/ Look and think ahead; build allocations to ensure fulfillment of Philips mid/long term requirements
  • Drive effective S&OP discussion to define actions on supply plan, align communications with COs, at the right inventory level and measures costs and performance per target
  • Manage phase in / phase out process execution from a planning perspective

HR Talent Acquisition Lead
You are responsible for
  • Ensure sufficient inflow of potentially suitable candidates using the agreed sourcing channels (i.e. passive, internal, referral, etc.)
  • Identify suitable candidate(s) matching both the agreed business needs and the candidate’s ambitions and expectations.
  • Providing and managing the full spectrum of talent acquisition services for all partners and responsible for driving best practices within the recruiting space for a specific geographic area, business, and/or function.
  • Provides interview scheduling, along with other associated administrative functions within the TA organization.
  • Acts as team lead for remote coordinator teams.

Manufacturing Chemical Process Engineer
You are responsible for
  • Support all technical aspects of industrialization activities, managing/monitoring the process capabilities of part manufacturing with secondary processes and/or product assembly.
  • As part of the industrialization, the team fulfills new product requirements to keep manufacturing and process robust.
  • Responsible for all industrialization deliverables related to the technical aspects of the PDLM projects (process requirements, verification, and validation, capability studies, work instructions, control plans, cycle time and manpower studies, etc).
  • Identify bottlenecks/risks and initiate corrective actions by working closely with relevant functions to keep the product design simple for manufacturing and manufacturing under control with high OEE and low FOR.
  • Proper handover to Operations/Production after achieving consistent results over a certain period of time.
  • Troubleshooting issues that happen during production

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering
  • Strong background in Chemical engineering
  • Understand and familiar with problem-solving tools
  • Strong analytical thinking, ability to make a plan, and good execution
  • Having knowledge and implementation of LEAN concept
  • Familiar with the spraying/coating/printing process is an advantage

Global Graduate Development Program- Manufacturing Engineer
You are responsible for
  • Support all technical aspects of industrialization activities, managing / monitoring the process capabilities of part manufacturing with secondary processes and/or product assembly.

  • The industrialization team to fulfill new product requirements to keep manufacturing and the process robust, supporting all technical aspects of industrialization activities, managing and monitoring the process capabilities of part manufacturing with secondary processes and/or product assembly.
  • The team to support production in organization & efficiency by taking part in factory-level improvement projects, kaizen events, etc,. and work with different levels of management and ensure implementation of operational excellence initiatives across the whole factory

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

  • Minimum a bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, mechatronic, or industrial engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.00
  • Fresh graduates or up to 2 years of working experience in Engineering fields are encouraged to apply
  • Logical problem solver who can work independently or as part of a team
  • Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to learn
  • Fluent English required in addition to local language
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
