Maintenance Technician 
>. Strategy and Planning:
a. Initiate, define, plan, communicate and follow up any improvement project related Breakdown time reduction for critical equipment.
b. Develop and improve equipment capability and flexibility

> KPI:
1. Health & Safety
• To be aware of hazard and environmental aspects.
• Identify hazard in workplace; ensure the work process with those hazard and fully understand the procedure in handling the hazard.
• Identify potential accident and incident, and perform quick response to take positive action to prevent any potential accident and incident (near miss).
2. Service Level
• Provide best response time for every issue related with equipment breakdown.
• Perform quick trouble shooting in every single machine breakdown.
• Give accurate information and record for any single breakdown, through Computerized Maintenance Management System.
• Demonstrate quick feedback or escalation to superior for any major breakdown.
• Understand clearly on trouble shooting flow.
• Record proper small kaizen improvement base on finding LDS.
• Do effective autonomous maintenance and preventive maintenance.
• Keep and maintain tools maintenance
• Do proper PM follow schedule in CMMS
3. Support
• Provide support for continuous improvement project, internal or cross department.
• Early involvement on new project introduction from Industrial team (OCP/PPEP project).
• Give continuous improvement idea through Employee suggestion system (ESS)
4. Schneider Brand Value
• Understanding clearly Schneider brand value (4C + POSE).
• Demonstrate Schneider brand value in daily basis.
  1. Education: Bachelor degree (S1/DIII) Automation/Electronic/Electrical/other Engineering Sciences
  2. Job Related Experience: At least 2-3 years in Maintenance Engineering
  3. Business Understanding: TPM understanding, C++, Visual Basic, Other programming language, Electrical design, PLC, assembly process, general manufacturing equipment (Soldering, screwing, testing, pick and place, greasing, labeling, flashing, coating)
  4. Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills): English, Indonesia (For local), Ability to use MS Office, Lean sigma mindset, Presentation & Communication skill
BLP Warehouse Team Leader (1 Person)
Qualifications :
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least 5 years of working experience in Warehouse
  • Proficient knowledge of warehouse procedure, SAP and safety policy
  • Fluently speak in English
  • Candidate with SIO forklift is preferable
  • Candidate who understand the digital & SMART warehouse is preferable.

Role :

  • Using bFO data base to manage every case resolution, records and traceability
  • Provide general technical support for custmomers, particularly regarding technical information on productss, prices, discounts and application information during the pre-sales & after sales
  • Take ownership and ensure customer satisfaction before closing the request
  • Detect all opportunities to serve the customer while addressing customer support requests
EcoStruxure IT Pre-Sales Consultant – Indonesia
what will you do?
  • Collaborate with and take direction from EcoStruxure IT Sales Managers and Commercial Account Managers in relation to opportunity strategy and priority.
  • Articulate Schneider Electric EcoStruxure IT technology and product portfolio, positioning solution to both business and technical user audience
  • To attend meetings with prospects and customers to determine technical and business requirements and ensure that all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solution proposal.
  • Manage the technical sales bid process by responding to RFI & RFP documents.
  • Liaising with EcoStruxure IT Product Managers to provide feedback from clients about product requirements and improvements.
  • Manage & deliver compelling proof of concept technical demonstrations.
  • Responsible for actively driving and managing the technical presales process with direct, enterprise and channel customers.
  • Confidently deliver technical presentations internally and externally, to remote attendees and in-person attendees where required by local guidance.
  • Deliver product and technical enablement to channel partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Create internal design configuration documentation including network diagrams with technical explanations.

Qualifications :

  • Background in Enterprise IT environments, prior experience either with IT Servers, Data Centers or related Enterprise IT software and services.
  • Working knowledge of Operating Systems including Microsoft Windows and Linux.
  • Basic knowledge of VMWare and virtualization technologies.
  • Basic knowledge of Data Center protocols – SNMP & Modbus.
