Production Supervisor
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering or any major with experience as Production Supervisor at electronic manufacturing
- Understanding of 5S concepts and its mission, manpower calculation, line balancing, bill of material (BOMs), Engineering Change Orders (ECs)
- Problem solving abilities, delegation, negotiation, ability to work and make decision under pressure
- Excellent communication with other division member and presentation skill to management
- Willing to work follow 2 shifts
- Domicile at Batam
Buyer
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineer or any major with minimum experience 5 years as Buyer, Purchasing, Procurement Staff
- Strong in character, excellent expediting, negotiation and communication skill with supplier and production planner
- Good skill in operate Microsoft Excel and familiar with its formula function
- Good knowledge of Supply Chain Management
- Good knowledge of Material Requirement Planning and scheduling
- Time management skills and ability to make important decisions and cope with the pressure of demanding targets and tight deadlines
- Able work as a team
- Willing to travel overseas in order to meet and discussion with supplier or head office members
- Domicile at Batam
Quality Assurance
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Bachelor degree in Electronic Engineer
- Experience as Quality Control at Electronic Manufacturing
- Good knowledge of Quality Assurance and Quality System
- Able to use mechanical/electrical measurement tools
- Able to read technical drawing
- Willing to learn and do self-development
- Good English communication skill written/oral
- Willing to work follow 2 shifts
- Domicile at Batam
