• Understand of maintenance systems.
• Preferably experience as Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Engineering, company construction or oil & gas.
• Language: English (Communicative).

• Keep apprised of industry trends and regulations to ensure local programs are kept up to date.
• Provide consultation and advice as compensation & benefits expert.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree; preferably with specialization in related field (Social sciences and humanities, Business Administration/Economics).
• 6+years’ of related experience in compensation and benefits management.
• Strong foundation in job evaluation, compensation structures, incentive plan design, benchmarking and market analysis.
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders and management.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
