Molding Asst. Supervisor
Qualifications :
- Min 2 years of related supervisory experience in an injection molding production environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- Thorough technical knowledge of concepts, practices and procedures of injection molding machines including mold die changes, machine set up and quality related trouble shooting required
- Understanding of inventory control practices
- Lean manufacturing experience
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Power Point skills
- Strong leadership skills, including ability to effectively communicate and manage employee performance
Technical Executive (2 person)
Qualifications :
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Electrical/Electronic, Industrial, Mechanical or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position Required skill(s): PLC, Troubleshooting, Autocad, Continous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing
- Experience regarding ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015
- Excellent communication in English both oral-written and customer relationship skills.
- Have studied or worked abroad is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel) Highly motivated, strong team player, with good ability to multi-task and re-prioritize asnecessary.
- Be able speak Mandarin is an advantage.
Jobscope :
- Ensure the transfer of process design/ process design change from R&D running smoothly
- Execute the construction of process design and monitor until the end of the manufacturing process.
- Making and change process design drawing (if necessary).
- Coordinate and evaluate product improvement and cost-down.
- Summarising research results, make reports and communicating findings to internal and external bodies
- Manage to produce and deliver samples request by customer before deadline.
- Contributes as a team member on development projects carrying out assigned responsibilities in a timely, diligent and safe and professional manner may act as a project leader.
- Make sure product manufacturing is following work standard Ensure quality in a product’s design for usability, reliability, functionality, marketability and manufacturability.
- Provides technical support to other departments. Etc
MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN
- D3 Mechanical or Mechatronics
- Min 3 years of working experience in manufacturing industry.
- Independent player and self-driven but able to work in a team
- Fluent in English both oral & written
- Be able speak Mandarin is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel)
- Creative and able to work independently and as a team
- Strong communication skill
- Fresh graduated are welcome to apply.
