We’re hiring for this position below:
SUPPLIER QUALITY ENGINEER
- Ensuring that products received are free of defects
- Ensure good and effective SCAR replied from suppliers.
- Perform audit on supplier, assisting for new supplier qualification.
- Control IQA performance and correct keeping of IQA report.
- Communicates between senior management and suppliers to address and resolve quality issues,
- Providing technical input and guidance on process enhancements and improvements.
- Min. Diploma in electrical / mechanical engineering o Min. 3 years experience in Cable Manufacturing
- Possess critical thinking skills, a desire to improve processes and the ability to take ownership of critical activities.
- Strong leadership and able to develop team members
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Teamwork attitude and strong communication relation.
INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER
- Improve process cycle time/UPPH through new process, method, automation, etc.
- Layout improvement using LEAN concept
- Provide rework cycle time and rework cost assessment o Monitoring/ Control the new product once launch for mass production and check actual cycle time vs RFQ cycle time
- Learn new processes/method and update the process instructions (WI, Flow chart, etc.), update specifications, drawings etc.
• Requirement
- Min D3 on electrical/Industrial/Mechanical Engineering
- Min. 3 years experience in Cable Manufacturing
- Familiar with electrical/ electronic components, wire harness.
- Fluent in English
- Teamwork attitude and strong communication relation
FA TECHNICIAN
- Generate extensive failure analysis report.
- Perform SOP for various type of high speed cable failure mode
- Evaluates failure products and component from production and prepare FA reports.
- Work closely with Engineer on development activities, guideline, issue debug and resolution.
- Daily check and segregate the failed product to relevant department.
Requirement
- Familiar with electrical/ electronic components, mechanical, industrial and wire harness.
- Willing to work shifts.
- Min. Diploma in electrical/ electronic/mechanical engineering
- Min. 2 years experience in manufacture
- Fluent in English (speaking & writing)
- Teamwork attitude and strong communication relation.

Operator Produksi
Kualifikasi :
- Diutamakan berpengalaman sebagai operator produksi di perusahaan Manufacturing.
- Mengikuti tes tertulis, matematika, wawancara dan seleksi lainnya
- Melengkapi berkas lamaran termasuk fotocopy jasa KTP KK sama SKCK dan fotocopy berkas lainnya yang masih berlaku
- Bersedia mengikuti tes medical dan bekerja dengan sistem shift mempunyai nomor WA atau telepon yang selalu aktif
Berkas Administrasi :
- Pas foto
- Surat keterangan catatan kepolisian
- Surat kartu kuning atau kartu Pencaker/AK1
- Scan EKTP yang valid
- Scan Npwp jika ada
- Scan Sertifikat vaksin ( wajin )
