- Full sets of accounting responsible for performing the day-to-day general ledger accounting, closing, and financial and management reporting and analysis.
- Balance Sheet & Profit and Loss analysis and schedule Fixed assets listing, tagging, and maintenance, updates
- Prepare period-end closing activities and prepare monthly reporting package
- Support audit inquiries Support ad-hoc dues and projects as assigned
- Maintaining an effective and efficient Finance System Provide monthly/annual reports & updates to the Management
- Support all internal and external Finance related matter
- Manage financial and administration team to achieve company financial goals Experience in costing, to calculate cogs & inventory monitoring
- Min Degree: $1 Accounting
- Ability to manage daily and monthly cash flows;
- Ability to master and handle taxation related issues; Ability to prepare financial reports and necessary analysis;
- Good accounting analysis skills (diary, tax understanding, etc.); 3 years of work experience;
- Mechanical engineering graduate with 5 years experience/ Vocational High School with 8 years experience
- Mastering the operation and repair of CNC Cutting, CNC Milling, and various kinds of Manual machining
- Mastering the concept of TPM, Predictive and preventive maintenance
- Mastering basic cnc programming
- Able to prioritize and schedule maintenance activities
- Engage in legality and licensing processes
- Manage and monitor the validity period of all company permits/legalities, including the validity period of the company’s Vehicle Certificates.
- Manage the maintenance of office buildings and other supporting facilities.
- Manage the maintenance and maintenance of operational vehicles. Prepare administrative and legal documents.
- Male, max 35 years old,
- Have a active SIM A Bachelor of Law with minimal GPA 3.00 from reputable university,
- Having experience in General Affair and Legal min 2 years
- Having deep knowledge about Labour Laws, Undang-undangan Ketenagakerjaan & UU Cipta Kerja
