In this role, you will:
- Organize end-to-end recruitment process & administration
- Ensure company needs are filled in a timely manner and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates
- Conduct an initial interview screening to assess the candidate’s minimum qualifications
- Do other HR administration functions if needed
Who We Are Looking For:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree from any major. Experience as an intern in the HR/recruitment area will be a plus point.

IT – Software Developer
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Perform software development, implementation, system integration and commissioning of advanced manufacturing execution system (MES).
Produce documentation for :
Perform software development, implementation, system integration and commissioning of advanced manufacturing execution system (MES).
Produce documentation for :
- Technical Specification.
- Software & Hardware installation guide.
- Test Case for developed software.
- User Guide
- Training Material etc.
- Provide end-user training and post Go-Live Support.
- Work with end-user to understand their requirement and develop system specifications for new or existing software system to meet their requirement.
- Conducts research on leading edge technologies and makes determination on the probability of implementations.
Requirements:
- Possess Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Information Technology.
- At least 1-2 Years’ experience of professional experience in Software Development & Support to apply this application.
- Strong Knowledge in following programming :
- C#, Net is a MUST.
- Database Scripting e.g MS SQL.
- Possessing mobile development technologies ( iOS & Android ) with Xamarin are advantageous.
- Dynamic Team Player with interpersonal skills.
- Applicant Must able to work independently and technology driven.
- Good command in English both oral and written.
